荆州站站台雨棚构造设计与施工

[摘 要]荆州站的站台雨棚,建筑造型美观大方,构造也十分合理,所谓建筑即构造。次桁架总长428米,通过设置可滑动销轴和主桁架连接,构造温度计算单元最大长度约70米,温度作用大大降低;通过构造创新,采用新型的落水管布置方式,较大地减少了雨水管对雨棚外观的影响,提升了雨棚视觉效果。钢桁架采用整榀吊装的方法安装,而不是采用传统大型构件的高空拼装胎架安装,施工方案新颖。

Abstract: The rain-shed of Jingzhou Railway station with an elegant architectural image, the so-called architecture is what we called structure in this paper is also fair rational. The installation of slideable pin roll which links the 428-meter longitudinal secondary truss to the main truss, reduces the maximum calculated length of structure to approximately 70 meters, thus the temperature action remarkably goes down. The innovation that adopts the new-style arrangement of the rainspout greatly reduce the effect of rainspout to the exterior appearance of the rain-shed ,and meanwhile embellishes the visual impression. The installation of the steel truss adopts the innovative whole frame hoisting method other than the traditional overhead assemblage method by individual members.

工程概况
荆州站位于荆州市荆北村,属中型站房,三台八线,采用线侧候车,为“下进下出〞旅客候车模式。客运用房建筑面积11980平方米,站台雨棚建筑面积35536平方米。客运用房采用预应力钢筋混凝土构造,中间屋顶为钢网架;站台雨棚采用钢管柱+管桁架构造体系。雨棚平面尺寸:428米*。平面图如图一所示。
