幼儿园寄宿制特色课程实施的个案的研究.pdf

论文摘要寄宿制幼儿园在我国已有50多年的历史,且随着经济的发展呈现逐年增加的趋势。但从对儿童发展的影响来说,有关专家针对学前期幼儿的寄宿教育问题一直争论不休,褒贬不一。最根本的问题就在于,寄宿制幼儿园应该如何弥补幼儿所欠缺的父母关爱,加强孩子与家长之间的情感联系。在我国针对寄宿幼儿专门设置的课程很少见,针对寄宿制幼儿特点和需求进行教育活动整体实施的研究更是鲜见。本文以上海市Z幼儿园为个案,采用文献法、观察法、访谈法等对Z幼儿园的寄宿制特色课程的设置、实施的现状及影响因素进行了研究与分析,并提出了建议。本研究首先从理论上梳理了课程、园本课程与寄宿制特色课程之间的关系, 强调了寄宿制教育的独特性和设置寄宿制特色课程的必要性。其次,在课程实施现状中,本研究描述了Z幼儿园设置和开展寄宿制特色课程的情况;并对课程目标的确定、课程内容的选择、课程的组织和实施方面进行了客观分析;通过观察和访谈,研究指出教师自身的因素(教师的知识能力、教师的信念、教师的课程实施取向等)和外部的影响因素(政策的支持、教学资源、 Z幼儿园的文化氛围等)是相互关联的,直接制约特色课程的实施成败。根据对Z幼儿园寄宿制特色课程实施的现状及影响因素的分析,本研究对Z 幼儿园特色课程实施提出了如下建议:1、建构幼儿园课程建设共同体,结合园长、教师、专家、教育部门等全方位、多角度的力量共同建设和修整课程;2、尝试多元化的课程研究,加强“个人反思"与“伙伴共生’’的群体精神,促进教师的专业发展;3、通过有效途径寻求家长和社会的支持。关键词:园本课程寄宿制特色课程实施 2 Abstract There are more than 50 years histories in our country for the boarding ofthedevelopment ofeconomics,the requirement forthiskind ofservice isbeing raised ,due tothe effectofthetheory‘'reluctant to stay、^rith thefamily'’from John Bobby,different voices are had forthe education of theboarding kindergarten.
