中文摘要

随着我国教育信息化进程的逐渐加快，以数字化、网络化、多媒体化、智能
化为主要代表的现代信息技术为学****者提供了丰富的数字化学****资源, 教育教
学从思想观念到方式、内容、手段等各方面都发生了深刻变革。信息素养已经成
为公民整体素养的重要组成部分，同时也得到了世界各国教育界越来越广泛的重
视。为此，国家进一步加大了在教育信息化方面的投入，把信息素养的培养放在
首位，以义务教育阶段课程为基础，以进一步提高学生的信息素养为宗旨，让学
生在信息的收集、加工、处理、表达和交换的过程中，掌握信息技能，感受信息
文化，增强信息意识，从而成为信息时代的合它直接关系着我国未来人才建设和
中学生素质的全面发展。
本文在参考国内外大量文献的基础上，从信息素养的概念和内涵入手，探格
公民。但是，学生的信息素养情况究竟如何？尤其是中学生的信息素养，
析了信息素养的特征、结构和内容。通过问卷调查和实地考察，大体上了解
生了安徽省长丰县初中生的信息素养水平，进而发现和总结出影响长丰县中学信
息素养水平的主要因素，并深入思考和提出提高长丰县中学生信息素养现状的对
策。本论文是研究安徽省长丰县中学生的信息素养，采用了文献综述、问卷调查、
归纳和演绎等方法。

Abstract

With Chinas education infomationization gradually speed up to the
digital and network, more media-oriented, intelligent as the main
representative of the modern information technology for learners rich
digital learning resources, education teaching from the thought idea to
way, contents, means and other aspects had the profound change.
Information literacy has become an important part of the overall
literacy of citizens, but also by more and more attention to education
around the world. Therefore, the state to further increase investment in
education information, information literacy training the first place,
based on compulsory education courses to further enhance students
information literacy for the purpose, so that students in the collection of
information, processing, treatment, expression and exchange process,
