摘 要
邻苯二甲醛(O-phthalaldehyde，简写为OPA)以前是一种重要的医药化工中间体，自1994年Alfa发现其用于医疗内窥镜的消毒有很好的效果后，国外对OPA消毒功能研究十分活跃，以将其开发成一种新型高效消毒剂并获得美国FDA的认证[1].与目前在医疗机构广泛采用消毒剂戊二醛相比，邻苯二甲醛的杀菌谱更广，使用浓度更低，杀菌时间更短，刺激性更小，腐蚀性更弱。近几年美国、加拿大、日本等先进国家已经用它逐步取代戊二醛作为新一代效。
基于以上原因，本课题对邻苯二甲醛的合成过程进行了较为系统的研究，得邻苯二甲醛新的合成路线，(一氯甲基)苯为原料，在相转移催化剂存在下进行脂化水解，经减压蒸馏，制得邻苯二甲醇，该过程优化的工艺参数为:邻二(一氯甲基)苯:无水醋酸钠=l:.22(摩尔比)、反温度100℃、催化剂用量2%，%.，即邻苯二甲醇与硝酸的摩尔比1:、反应温度80℃、反应时间1h，%.
本研究首次采用新工艺合成出了邻苯二甲醛，合成中采用水做溶剂，合成收率高，工艺步骤少，降低了成本，提高了经济效益，该项目为陕西省2005年科技计划项目。

Abstraet
In the paper, the progress in the study of the medical disinfectant was reviewed. The synthesis of 1,2-benzenedimethanol was researched form 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-benzol. It indicates that the yield of 1,2-benzenedimethanol is mainly controlled dy the process of esterification. The reaction condition had also been studied. The result of the experiments showed that the yield of 1,2-benzenedimethanol was adout 97％under the following condition:the molar ratio of 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-benzol to sodium acetate equal to 1:, at the temperature of 100℃,the mass ratio of catalyst to 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-benzol is 8％The processing parameter of 1,3-dihvdroisobenzofuran from 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-benzol was researched also. The result of the experiments showed that the yield of 1,2-benzenedimethanol was about ％ under the following conditions: the molar ratio of sodiurn hydroxide to 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-benzol equal to :1, at the temperature of 80℃, the reaction time about 6h and the molarity ratio of catalyst to 1,2-bis-chloromethyl-be
