摘要
可再生能源发展道路是人类社会发展的必然选择,它也是我国的基本国策之一。而且,大力发展农村可再生能源和新能源等清洁能源也是我国发展农村可再生能源战略的选择。由于可再生能源的分布与农村用能源的非密集性有着重要的联系,特别是研究可再生能源对农村可持续发展的贡献度评估具有特别重要的意义和时代特征。再加上农村可再生能源取之不尽、用之不竭,其开发和利用对农村经济的作用是恒久的。所以,发展农村可再生能源无疑给农村经济的发展注入了一股新的不竭的源流,它有助于实现新农村建设和发展。文章主要通过发展理论和农村可再生能源建设的结合点, 分析了我国可再生能源的现状,特别分析和阐述了青海省农村沼气能源建设与发展的必要性和沼气能源所带来的利益,以及青海省发展农村可再生能源的必然性和可行性以及它的重要意义。建立了衡量青海省沼气能源建设项目对农村可再生能源发展的贡献度的评价体系,以及“一池三改”、“三位一体模式”和“四位一体模式”的沼气发展状况;也分析和评估了可再生能源与农村可持续发展的关系。同时也在介绍能源和可再生能源的各自定义以及它们的相互联系之间关系的基础上,引出了青海省农村沼气能源问题及出路的探讨,得出发展可再生能源的战略和前景;最后,根据青海省农村可再生能源建设过程中的一些问题和不足,提出促进青海省农村可再生能源建设的对策及建议,并得出结论。

STUDY OF RURAL RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT IN QINGHAI
ABSTRACT
Sustainable development is the inevitable choice for development of human society. It is also one of China's basic national polices. Developing vigorously rural renewable energy and new energy is our country's development strategy for rural renewable energy options. Since the distribution of renewable energy and rural non-intensive use of energy has an important connection, particularly on renewable energy for rural sustainable development, assessment of the contribution of particular importance and characteristics of the times. Rural renewable energy is inexhaustible. The development and use affects rural economy lastly. Development of rural renewable energy for rural economic development will undoubtedly injected a new source of inexhaustible origin, which contributes to the achievement of new rural construction and development.
