Duties & Responsibilities: - Developing customer leads through call center, shows, conference and all channels and defining opportunities and make a sales plan to follow; 20% - Work with application engineers/managers to present solutions to industrial customers; 20% - Developing new industrial customers in South China; 10% - Nurturing and maintaining customer relation and improve customer satisfaction; 10% - Pursue business opportunities and win deals to achieve his sales target. 30% - Post sales support coordination 10% 1. Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning anizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade fact 2. Establish & manage sales and marketing strategy to obtain the market satisfaction and attract the new clients 3. Establish & develop the strategic plans for new project and identify the potential sales possibilities 4. petition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 5.
