电力市场发电侧竞价上网的分析研究.pdf

重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要电力工业是国民经济中最重要的基础产业之一。为了改变电力工业长期处于垄断运营,缺乏竞争的弊端,现在作为电力体制改革的重要举措“厂网分开、竞价上网”已逐渐开展起来,这是我国电力体制由计划经济逐步过渡到市场经济的必然途径。如何实时地了解、分析和控制发电成本,如何能在电力市场的竞争中立于不败之地已经成为发电厂追在眉睫需要解决的问题。本文研究的“发电侧报价辅助决策系统”正是为电厂在”厂网分开、竟价上网”改革的新形势要求下,能够实时地计算发电成本;正确地预测生产成本变化趋势, 为控制成本提供准确的依据,在报价时对成本”心中有数”,并且为报价工作提供多种辅助决策信息的报价建议而开发的一个报价决策系统。本文针对影响发电侧报价决策的重要因素:市场因素、运行成本分析、发电侧效益结算系统和决策系统进行了初步分析和研究。对于负荷预测系统提出了采用统计预测和神经网络预测模型, 并且采用了两种神经网络方法对模型进行不断的训练,举例说明了输出层、输入层、中间层个数和训练精度对预测精度的影响;对于电价预测系统采用了统计法和神经网络法:统计方法将历史预测数据和历史发生数据以偏差和求约加权平均系数的概念引入预测日的电价预测中。对于电价是在成本分析的基础上,建立了采用成本加和边际成本定价原则的模型;发电侧效益结算系统建立了预测和实际发生效益相结合的数学模型。根据程序计算结果和实际相比较,证明这些数学模型用于发电侧报价辅助决策系统中是可行的,研究结果对于开发发电侧报价辅助决策系统具有重要指导意义。关键词:发电侧报价辅助决策系统,厂网分开,竞价上网重庆人学硕士学位论文英文摘要 ABSTRACT Electricindustry lS one ofthemost important lndustries in our national basic order tO rectify themalpractice petition in a long—term monopolistic operation mechanism,the reform thattaking‘'the separation from the work and thebidding forpool purchase’’policy hasbeen gradually isthenecessity for the transitionofOur nation‘Seconomy from planned economy intomarket toknow,analyze and controlreal-time cost petition inelectricity market isthemostimportant problems forindependent power suppliers.
