A flag tells us something about the country it represents.
The national flag of China is the five-star red flag. The flag is red. It is rectangle in shape.

What does our national flag mean to us?
The red colour of the flag represents the revolution, the blood and lives of the revolutionary martyrs. The colour of five stars is yellow, which symbolizes the bright future.
What do colours and the starts on the national flag of China symbolize?
Among the five starts, the bigger one stands for the Communist Party of China while the other four represent the different groups of people in China who are all united around the Party.
