关于加强工作人员请销假管理的通知
本办各科室（中心）：
为加强干部队伍管理，增强组织纪律性，切实保障各项工作顺利开展，根据《中共泰顺县委办公室泰顺县人民政府办公室关于加强干部请销假管理的通知》（泰委办〔2003〕41号）精神，结合本办实际，现就加强工作人员请销假管理有关事项通知如下：
一、请假审批有关规定
（一）工作人员请假，必须填写《县政府办公室工作人员请假单》，按规定的审批权限和程序履行审批手续。县政府领导秘书和驾驶员若需请假，还须报经办公室联系主任或县政府领导同意。
（二）请假审批的权限与程序：
1、一般工作人员，请假1天（含1天）以内，由其所在科室（中心）负责人签批；请假1天以上2天（含2天）以内的，由科室（中心）负责人签署意见，报分管领导审批；请假在2天以上10天（含10天）以内的，由科室（中心）负责人签署意见，经分管领导审核，报办公室主任审批；

2、中层干部，请假1天（含1天）以内的，由科室（中心）负责人签署意见，经分管领导审核，报办公室主任审批；
3、中层干部和一般干部请假，在10天以上的，由科室负责人、分管领导、办公室主任依次签署意见后，报县人力资源和社会保障局批准；
4、县管领导干部请假，按照《中共泰顺县委办公室泰顺县人民政府办公室关于加强干部请销假管理的通知》(泰委办〔2003〕41号)有关规定执行。
（三）请病假须凭县级以上医院证明，审批手续按上述规定办理。
（四）干部职工参加学历培训的，严格按照《中共泰顺县委办公室泰顺县人民政府办公室关于加强在职干部参加学历教育管理的意见》（泰委办）〔2007〕78号）执行。需离岗脱产参加学历培训或短期培训班的，必须按照规定办理请假手续后方可离开工作岗位。凡未经批准，擅自离岗期间一律
