摘要介绍了污垢生长监测方法,并以哈尔滨望江宾馆和北京悦都酒店为测试对象,对换
热器内污垢生长作了实时监测,得出了污垢热阻随时间的变化规律、污垢的平衡厚度和换热器
热阻与流速的关系以及换热器结垢前后总传热系数的比。

Abst ra ct Presents t he inspecting met hods of f ouling growt h and inspects in real time t he growt h of
f ouling in t he sewage heat exchangers in Harbin Wangjiang hotel and Beijing Yuedu hotel. Obtains t he
variation p attern of t he f ouling heat resistance wit h time , t he relations between t he balance thickness of
f ouling and t he velocity and between t he heat resistance of t he heat exchanger and t he velocity , and a ratio of
t he total heat transf er coefficient bef ore f ouling f orming to t hat af ter f ouling f orming.
