英国博物馆展览的策划与组织
展览在博物馆工作中是非常重要的内容之一，不同的国家、不同的博物馆在展览的策划与组织的方式方法上有很大的不同。英国的博物馆在这方面有很多具体的做法值得思考与借鉴，笔者于２００４年在英国维多利亚阿伯特博物院（以下简称维多利亚馆）学****工作近三个月，并走访了英国各类博物馆４０多家。现就英国维多利亚馆及其他博物馆在展览策划与组织方面的做法做以介绍与分析。    维多利亚馆展览的策划与组织工作很有特色，而且很能代表英国博物馆界的展览工作。在中国，一般情况下做一个展览周期往往都很短，普遍认为完成一个展览不是什么费劲的事情，但在英国以至欧洲很多国家都不是这样，他们完成一个展览需要的周期是很长的。在中国完成一个展览用半年甚至一年的时间就觉得已经很长了，而且这些还都是大型的展览，但英国的博
