碳 13 红外光谱仪示值误差测量不确定度评定

摘 要:碳 13 红外光谱仪是一种测量幽门螺杆菌的医用测量仪器,其主要原理是通过测量人服药前后呼出气体中碳同位素丰度比的变化,来
表征该人是否感染幽门螺杆菌。本文通过对碳 13 红外光谱仪示值误差的不确定度进行分析评定,为该仪器的校准结果的可靠性提供参考依据。

Abstract:Carbon 13 infrared spectrometer is a medical measuring instrument for measuring Helicobacter
main principle is to measure whether the person is infected with Helicobacter pylori by measuring the change of car-
bon isotope abundance ratio in exhaled gas before and after taking paper analyzes and evaluates the
uncertainty of the indication error of the carbon 13 infrared spectrometer to provide a reference for the reliability of
the calibration results of the instrument.
