金融危机下民营企业融资探析

摘要:民营企业在确保财政收入、缓解就业压力、扩大出口及发展地方经济等方面发挥了不可替代的作用,是我国经济舞台上一支极为活跃的力量。然而,民营企业融资难等问题,已经成为民营企业生存和持续发展的制约因素。特别是在目前金融危机情况下,民营企业融资问题更加严峻。因此,客观分析我国民营企业融资难的现状,探讨解决问题的可行途径,不仅关系到民营企业的发展前途,而且对我国经济的全面、协调和可持续发展及构建和谐社会具有重要意义。本文首先指出民营企业对国民经济发展的重要性,接着阐述了金融危机对民营企业的影响,然后指出民营企业在金融危机下融资存在的困难本进行原因分析,再从企业自身、商业银行和政府层面阐述了解决民营企业融资难的有效措施,并提出了有建设性的建议。

Abstract: Private enterprise in ensure fiscal revenue, alleviate employment pressure, expand exports and develop the local economy play an irreplaceable role in economic arena, is a very active power1>. However, the private enterprise financing difficult problems, such as private enterprise survival and has e the factors restricting the development of continuous. Especially in the current financial crisis situations, private enterprise financing problems more severe. Therefore, the objective analysis of private enterprises, this paper discusses the present financing a feasible way to solve the problem, not only in relation to the future development of private enterprises, and to our prehensive, coordinated and sustainable development and the important significance of constructing the harmonious society. This paper points out the privately operated enterprise development of national economy, then expounds the importance of financial crisis of private enterprises, and then points out the privately operated enterprise in financial crisis under the financing difficulties, then perform causal analysis from the enterpri

民营企业是我国经济舞台上一支极为活跃的力量,是推动国民经济持续、稳定、发展、构造市场经济主体和促进社会稳定的生力军,特别是在当前,在确保国民经济增长、缓解就业压力、实现国民经济战略调整、优化经济结构、发展地方经济和增加财政收入等方面日益发挥极其重要的作用。有关资料表明,截止2007年6月底,我国私营企业已超过550万家,占全国法人企业总数的 80%以上,加上2621万个体工商户,成为企业群体的主要构成部分目前,私营企业和个体工商户吸纳就业总数占全国城镇全部就业人数的70%以上和
