This paper usedthe methods bining thenorms researchandempirical research mostly,taking thedevelopment ofBaorixile coal resources asanexample,estimating cost pensation inthe coalmine,providing thebasisgistandquantitative support for也e development of coal resources and formulation the environmental protection policies totheecologicalenvironment.
