纳米二氧化硅含量对沥青混合料性能的影响

摘 要:为了减少沥青混合料所产生的诸如永久性变形、疲劳和水损等破坏现象,进一步提高沥青混合料性能显得尤为重要。纳米材料因其在力学、热学和电学性能等方面的优势,在沥青改性中得到了广泛的应用。通过分别向
PG64-%~%不同剂量的纳米二氧化硅,发现纳米二氧化硅添加剂会对沥青混合料性能产生一定的影响。采用差示扫描量热法、热重分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱和原子力显微镜技术研究了纳米二氧化硅对沥青的改性效果,并进行了定量分析,同时依据动态剪切流变学、车辙试验和粘附性分析试验确定了最佳纳米二氧化硅改性剂含量。

Effect of Nano-silica Content on the Performance of Asphalt Mixture

Abstract: In order to reduce the damage of asphalt mixture, such as permanent deformation, fatigue and water damage and so on, it is especially important to further improve the performance of asphalt -structured materials have been widely applied in the modification of asphalt mixture due to their good mechanical, thermal and electrical this paper, the effect of adding nano-silica into PG64-22 asphalt at various contents from % to % was evaluated.
