蓄热式加热炉PLC控制系统设计
摘要
能源危机日益加深,因此对节能的研究便成为世界各国关注的主要课题。蓄热式加热炉是应运而生的一种新型加热炉,它采用高温空气燃烧技术,大大提高了热回收率,节能环保。加热炉是冶金企业最主要的耗能设备,其自动控制策略是过程控制领域内的一个重要研究方向。现在我国许多钢铁企业中的加热炉还没有实现自动控制,存在着大量的人工操作,而蓄热式加热炉必须采用高频换向阀,频繁换向控制,人工手动操作显然是不切合实际的,所以对自动控制的要求也相应提高。如何按照工艺的要求并实现自动控制且达到良好的控制效果也是十分关键的。PLC作为新一代的工业控制装置,已经在电气控制系统中得到普遍应用。它不仅能实现复杂的逻辑控制,还能完成各种顺序和定时的功能,并且可靠性高。本文根据蓄热式均热炉的工艺流程和工艺要求,详细阐述了对蓄热式均热炉炉温控制系统的设计过程,结合PLC控制技术实现自动控制且达到良好的控制效果。

Abstract
The energy crisis deepening, therefore the research of energy conservation and e the world attention the main issue. Regenerative furnace is made of a new type of heating furnace, it use the high temperature bustion technology, greatly improving the heat recovery, energy conservation and environmental protection. Heating furnace is the main metallurgical enterprise energy equipment, the automatic control strategy is the process control in the area of an important research direction. Now China's many steel enterprises in the heating furnace is not implemented automatic control, there is a lot of manual operation, and regenerative furnace must adopt high-frequency, mutation of the directional control valve control, manual operation apparently is not practical, so for automatic control requirements also increase. How to process requirements and the realization of automatic control and achieve good control effect also is very important. PLC as a new generation of industrial control device, in electric control system has been used widely. It can not only plex logic control, still can perform a variety of order and the timing of the function, and high reliability.
