(Hereinafter called K/H)
The Seoul Star Daily Co.,Ltd.
1-12, 3-Ga, Hoehyon-Dong, Chung-Gu
Seoul 100-771, Korea
(hereinafter called Star)
Star is granted the indefinite right to translate and publish the subject title in the Korean language and to market it in Korea subject to the following condit ions:
shall see to it that the translation, paper, graphics, etc., are u p to the quality of the original book and that the book shall be published withi n six (6) months of the date of this agreement.
translation of the book shall be faithful and accurate. No abbrevia tion or alteration of the text shall be made without the written consent of K/H. Any advertisements in the book must be approved by K/H beforehand.
shall include in their edition the K/H name and logo and a copyrig ht notice of the original book as specified by K/H. Star shall use the original title.
shall pay royalties on all sales to K/H as follows:
percent (6%) of the retail price on the first 5000 copies.
