After analysis of this paper shows that the current construction archives information file information mainly constrained by institutional mechanisms, imperfect archival information resources integration, records management and archival information limited funding has not been established remote sharing and other issues. Need to consolidate and improve the unified file system information work, planning and construction of a unified mechanism for archival information resources integration, integration of plete unified technical support and financial security system, promote the building of a unified remote access to archival information sharing system, and strategies to address these issues resolved.

前言
随着计算机网络以及电子信息技术的开展，各行各业都将信息化技术应用到了行业的信息化建立当中，提高了行业工作效率以及开展速度。档案信息化是当前的档案事业开展的一个重要分支，是将信息化技术应用到档案管理当中的重要突破。当然在档案信息化的建立过程当中，信息化技术一方面为档案管理带来了便利，另一方面也为档案管理的平安性带来了威胁。基于此本文利用现有的文献资料对档案信息化建立相关概念、研究现状等信息进展收集、考察、分析和研究档案信息化建立现象和状态进展调查，为本文的提供一定的理论参考资料。从而得到档案信息化建立部和外部现有的各种文字信息、情报资料
