大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要随着信息技术的高速发展,全球化市场逐渐形成,企业面临的竞争日益加剧,旧的管理模式已经不能适应时代发展的需要,企业之间的竞争慢慢转变成供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理理念就是在这种情况下应运而生的,库存以各种形式存在于企业的生产及销售环节之中,而其产生的相关成本如管理以及存储成本等在企业所有生产费用中所占的比重不断提高,所以库存管理越来越关键。 SW企业属于一家生产引线框架产品的制造型企业,由于其主要产品更新换代速度及市场需求变化太大的特点,库存矛盾日益尖锐,传统的库存管理模式导致企业非常多的库存累积以及浪费,对企业的运营以及发展产生了很大影响,本文深入探究了公司库存管理所面临的问题,按照其库存管理制度上具有的问题,用库存管理的相关理论进行改进,并对公司的采购步骤以及组织框架进行制定和完善;针对公司现阶段库存管理模式不够先进的问题,引进了VMI库存管理模式,最后还提出了VMI模式顺利运行的保障措施。本文主要是探究大中型引线框架生产企业库存管理完善这个问题,其中所采取的制定方式以及探究方法,对同领域其他企业有一定的借鉴意义。关键词:供应链管理;库存管理;ⅥvII 万方数据 SW公司库存管理改进研究 The research on inventory management improvement pany Abstract Wi也the rapid development of information technology,the globalization market gradually formed,enterprises arefacing petition,the oldmanagement mode can’talready meet the need ofdevelopment ofera,petition between enterprises gradually evolved petition between supply chains,supply chainmanagement is emerge asthetimesrequire inthiscase,the production and sale ofinventory atvariousforms intheenterprise,and theexpenses of ulTence such asstoragecosts,management costs forenterprises in the total production costs ofincreasing theproportion,SO inventory management es more andmore important. pany is amanufacturingenterprise with aproduction of leadframe products, mainly because ofitsproduct renewalspeed and thechange of marketdemand characteristics of the too big,inventory ofcontradictions,the traditional inventorymanagement model causedby large enterprises inventory backlog andwaste,seriously affected thedevelopment andoperation ofenterprises,this paper analyzes existinginventory inview oftheexisting problems inthemanagement pany,the inventorymanagement system,use the theory ofbusiness process reengineering was improved,and redesign anizational structure and theprocurement process pany;pany inventorymanagement methods backward,the introduction oftheV/VIIinventorymanagement model,and finallyput forward theguarantee measures ofVMI model run smoothly。 T11iSarticleiSabout the1arge leadframem
