磁共振扩散加权成像在膀胱病变中的诊断价值探讨.doc磁共振扩散加权成像在膀胱病变中的诊断价值探讨[ 摘要] 目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像对膀胱病变的诊断价值。方法整群选择自 2014 年3月― 2015 年4 月该院超声检查膀胱占位患者 64 例。所有患者均行磁共振检查,并于 10d 行膀胱病理诊断。以膀胱病理结果为参照, 评估磁共振检查对膀胱良恶性病变和膀胱癌病变程度的敏感度性、特异性、准确性。结果磁共振扩散加权像对膀胱良恶性病变诊断的敏感度为 100% ,特异度为 % ,准确度为 % 。磁共振扩散加权像对膀胱恶性病变程度诊断的敏感度为 100% ,特异度为 % ,准确度为 95% 。结论磁共振扩散加权成像可作为膀胱病变及膀胱癌浸润程度早期诊断的可靠影像学检验技术。[Abstract] Objective To study the value of diffusion weighted imaging in diagnosis of bladder lesions. Methods 64 cases of patients with bladder occupying receiving ultrasonic examination in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected , all patients were given ic resonance imaging , and were given bladder pathological diagnosis , the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of ic resonance imaging for malignant and benign lesions of the bladder and degree of bladder cancer lesions were evaluated. Results The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of diffusion weighted imaging in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of the bladder were respectively 100% , % and % , and the sensitivity , specificity and accuracy of diffusion weighted imaging in diagnosis of degree of malignant bladder lesions were respectively 100% , % and 95%. Conclusion Diffusion weighted imaging can bea reliable imaging examination technolo gy in the early diagnosis of bladder lesions and invasion of bladder.
