小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭.doc小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭[ 摘要] 目的:探讨小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭的疗效。方法: 2009 年1 月至 20015 年3 月笔者应用小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭 258例(女性 158例,男性 100 例), 术后术区碎纱布团缝线压迫固定外用弹力绷带包扎固定。所有患者均获随访, 最短时间为 3 个月。结果: 258 例中, 235 例( % ) 患者获满意疗效, 无臭味残留; 10例( % ) 出现切口边缘 5mm 以内皮肤坏死;8例( % ) 发生单侧血肿; 5 例( % )单侧气味残留。结论:小切口修剪联合多功能电离子清除顶泌汗腺治疗腋臭获得满意疗效,术区局部形态良好。[ 关键词] 腋臭;顶泌汗腺;电离子;疗效[ 中图分类号]+1 [ 文献标志码]A[ 文章编号]1008-6455 ( 2015 ) 14-0005-03 Abstract : Objective To investigate effects ofa small incision bined with multi-function ion therapeutic machine remove apocrine sweat glands in treatment of osmidrosis.
