由于“文化”概念带有不确定性、多义性，因之必然带来“法律文化”概念的多义性。我比较同意这样的说法：“法律文化是指一个民族在长期的共同生活过程中所认同的、相对稳定的、与法律制度有关的制度、意识和传统学说的总体。”[３] 法律文化，即由与法律现象相关的一切事物所组成的整体的总称。
