ABsTRACT Thispaper isdesignated tostudy the current situation and problems oftalent resource development inShanghai intheknowledge economy study isbased on my ownjob bined withtheprincipal and methods inHuman Resource Development,Development Economy,Encourage Theories, Management,anization Behavior thispaper alsoexplores the principles,the features,the conations andgoals oftalentresourcedevelopment,and predicts totalamount ofneed thetalents’demand inShanghai ing years withmathematics model,then proposes strategiesand solutions totheproblems. The paper prised ofsixchapters: Chapter I,gives an overview on thecharacteristics andimportance oftalent resource concepts related totalent resource development are introduced;It isstressedthattheimportance oftalentsandthedevelopment oftalent resouroe. Chapter II,summarizes therelevant research ofhome and abroad,points out theresearch’,I hope tobenefit from classicaleconomic model,in order topredict thetalent’Sdemand.
