干扰素α-2b治疗大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型的研究 【摘要】目的利用大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型,探讨干扰素在不同给药方式下对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的影响。方法将已成模大鼠按病灶相近原则分为5组:腹腔用药组(n=8)、皮下用药组(n=8)、丹那唑组(n=7)、腹腔对照组(n=4)和皮下对照组(n=4),在行干扰素和丹那唑治疗后的1和3周分批处死大鼠,观察移植物的生长情况并取其组织作病理检查。结果腹腔用药组和皮下用药组大鼠移植物体积均明显缩小,并且用药3周后与1周后相比,作用更明显。组织学检查,对照组异位子宫内膜呈增生状态,而腹腔用药组和皮下用药组呈萎缩状态。结论腹腔与皮下注射干扰素均可使大鼠异位子宫内膜逐渐萎缩退化,部分能使其完全消失,效果与丹那唑相比无明显差异。 【关键词】子宫内膜异位症干扰素疾病模型动物 Treatment of Experimental Endometriosis with binant Human Interferon-α-2b in Murine Models LI Cuiming LUO Huizhen YIN Ying Tutor: XIE Meiqing 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of binant human interferon-α-2b on the endometriosis implants using the rat model. Methods Endometriosis was induced in mature female rats. They are divided into five groups. First: Intraperitoneal injection group (n=8),Second: Subcutaneous injection group (n=8), Third: Danazol group (n=7),Fourth: the control group of intraperitoneal injection(n=3),Fifth: the control group of subcutaneous injection (n=4);experimental groups were given binant human interferon-α-2b after the second laparotomy. The control groups were given saline .The third laparotomy was operated after therapy.
