改造——福桥区旧城改造案设计实录摘要旧城改造是目前城市化进程加快所产生的必然现象,本文首先对目前旧城改造的存在问题进行进行调查,分析当前旧城改造的原则与理念。在充分结合理论知识后,开始着手毕业作品设计——福桥区旧城改造,在整个福桥区的改造过程中,充分运用人性化理念,意在将福桥区改造升级为民生工程。最后,希望本次对福桥区的研究与改造设计能够促国内其他地方旧城区的整体保护修缮与改造工作优质完成,让其重新焕发蓬勃的经济活力及深邃的人文风貌。关键词: 福桥区;旧城;改造;人性化理念 Abstract Urban renewal is the present urbanization process to speed up the inevitable phenomenon, this paper firstly investigating the problems in the old city reconstruction, analysis of the current urban renewal principles and bination of theoretical knowledge and begin graduate work design, bridge old city reconstruction, in the whole process off bridge reconstruction, fully using the humanized concept, intended to transform the fortune bridge upgraded to the people's livelihood , in the hope that the research and transformation of fu bridge whole protection of the old town is designed to promote other places of China high quality repair and modification work done, let its jazzing-up thriving economic vitality and profound humanities style.
