Abstract
:During the drilling operation of shale gas well, due to the long operation period of horizontal section, casing wear is common. Un-
reasonable drilling design will aggravate casing wear, cause casing strength decline, and seriously threaten the safety and economic produc-
tion of shale gas well. Therefore, combined with the wear efficiency model, this paper focuses on the influence factors and laws of wear a-
mount in the deflecting section of shale gas horizontal well drilling, establishes the corresponding wear prediction calculation model, discus-
ses the influence factors and laws of wear thickness, and gives the corresponding wear reduction suggestions to ensure the safety of drilling
construction. The results show that the total footage is directly proportional to the amount of wear. Too low ROP will significantly increase
the amount of wear. Dogleg degree of deviation section is directly proportional to the amount of casing wear. The amount of wear will in-
crease with the increase of deviation
