针对系统动力学的民营家族制企业财务管理制度创新的分析研究.pdf

I摘要民营家族制企业作为一种区别于现代公司制企业的企业管理模式,面对激烈的市场环境还能够顽强地生存下来并取得长足的发展,这足以说明民营家族制企业对中国当代经济社会环境存在着天然的适应性。理论界也有大量的文献从不同角度证明了其存在的合理性。然而,大多数民营企业发展到三五年就销声匿迹,难以发展成为名牌大企业、大公司,这也是不争的事实。究其原因,这与家族制管理模式下财务管理水平普遍低下有着极其密切的关系。本文在根据系统动力学原理分析家族制管理模式对民营企业财务管理的影响机理的基础上,以浙江民营家族制企业为例,探索以革新家族制管理模式为基础的民营家族制企业财务管理制度创新的对策措施,以期为民营企业的可持续发展提供一定参考。本文首先理论研究部分。先对民营家族制企业的相关概念进行界定、对民营家族制企业的本质特征、存在的现实必然性及家族制管理的利弊进行系统的评价分析;然后,利用系统动力学分析方法,分析家族制管理模式对财务管理的影响机理,旨在揭示家族制管理与企业财务管理效率的关系,探索民营家族制企业财务管理的一般特点和规律,为进一步研究民营家族制企业财务管理制度创新提供理论基础。其次是实证调查分析部分。以浙江民营家族制企业为例,通过分析对浙江部分民营家族制企业进行问卷调查和实地访谈得来的实证资料,初步评估浙江民营家族制企业财务管理水平的现状,总结其存在的问题,为民营家族制企业财务管理制度创新提供实证依据。最后是对策措施部分。针对民营家族制企业财务管理存在的普遍问题,结合家族制管理模式对财务管理的影响机理分析,从企业自身和政府两个层面提出民营家族制企业财务管理制度创新的总体策略和具体措施。关键词:民营家族制企业;家族制管理;系统动力学;财务管理;制度创新IIAbstractPrivate family enterprise, asabusinessmanagement model,in the face of fierce market environment, canalsosurvivetenaciouslyandgrate progress hasbeen madein the development, whichillustrates that the private family enterprise has a natural adaptation to contemporary Chineseeconomic and social theorists there isalso a lot of literature from different angles to prove its rationality of the existence.
