我方认为青少年上网好。理由是：
1．网络满足了青少年交流、沟通和理解的需要 。使青少年和世界息息相通，为青少年提供了一个广阔的学****空间，拓宽了求知途径。
2通过在网上阅览各类有益图书，触类旁通，提高自身文化素养。
3 网络创造了一个虚拟的新世界。现在独生子女多，在家中比较孤独，从心理上说是最渴望能与人交往的。网络给了他们一个新的交往空间。
4 网上的知识浩如烟海。一些电脑游戏在一定程度上能强化学生的逻辑思维能力。
5 网上课堂让同学们可以在家里就可以看到优秀的教师讲课，作业可以通过电子邮件与教师交流。
6 上网可以充实头脑，只要留心，就可以学到许多学校里学不到的知识，扩大自己的知识面。鼠标一点，大千世界便尽收眼底。
7 可以促进青少年个性化发展。消除心理障碍，可以没有顾忌地向网友倾诉心事，减轻课业负担所造成的心理压力。
