摘 要
本文通过直接真空扩散连接和添加中间层Cu箔、Ni箔的瞬间液相真空扩散连接的方法进行了实验,在真空热压炉中制备了TC4钛合金的扩散连接接头。进而对TC4钛合金连接接头进行金相试验,显微硬度试验等。对直接真空扩散连接的连接接头进行焊合率分析,并对直接真空扩散连接和瞬间液相扩散连接的连接接头进行微观形貌分析,再对所有连接接头的显微硬度进行分析。
结果表明,TC4钛合金表面粗糙度对焊合率有显著影响,表面粗糙度越小的母材焊后接头的焊合率越高。用Cu箔、Ni箔做中间层均能不同程度的促进TC4钛合金的连接,并实现了瞬间液相真空扩散连接,由于中间层Cu箔、Ni箔和TC4钛合金在900℃的条件下存在共晶相区,随着时间的延长,钛合金和中间层的界面会发生瞬间液相扩散反应,中间层会逐渐减少并消失。焊接参数对TC4钛合金焊后接头处的硬度也有影响,过大的连接压力会使试样产生宏观塑性变形,接头处的硬度也受到严重影响。在恰当焊接参数条件下,连接接头在界面处或焊缝区的硬度均大于母材的硬度,这说明真空扩散连接后连接处的强度也好于母材。 关键词:扩散连接 钛合金 瞬间液相 中间层 显微组织 表面粗糙度

Abstract
We use methods of vsacuum diffusion bonding and TLP Diffusion Bonding by using Cu foil and Ni foil as it’s interlayer to finish the experiments, the Diffusion bonding joint of TC4 titanium alloy was manufactured in the Vacuum hot pressing furnace. And the metallographic test and microhardness test of the joint of the TC4 titanium alloy was also finished. We analyzed the bonding rate of the joints of the vsacuum diffusion bonding, the analyzed the microstructure of the joints of the vsacuum diffusion bonding and TLP Diffusion bonding, the microhardness of all the joints were also analyzed.
Results show that the surface roughness of TC4 titanium alloy has significant effect on the bonding rate, the smaller roughness of the base material, the higher bonding rate of the joint. the
