?精益管理关键指标评价表?按照“关注流程节点、抓住关键环节、表达精益思想、突出标杆引领〞的要求，在生产、研发、物流、营销各工作领域设置精益关键指标，评价企业精益改善目标完成情况。
四、“精益十佳〞标兵单位评选程序
第一步，各基层单位自评互评。各省级单位要认真组织各基层单位按照?精益管理工作评价表?和?精益管理关键指标评价表?开展自评工作。自评结束后，各省级单位再组织各基层单位开展互评工作，并做好指导和催促工作。各单位要确保自评互评工作的客观性和精益管理关键指标数据的真实性。
第二步，推荐参评单位。自评互评工作结束后，各省级单位要及时做好精益评价工作的总结，并根据各基层单位自评互评情况，各省级工业公司在生产、研发和营销领域共推荐2到3家单位；各省级局〔公司〕在物流和营销领域各推荐1个单位注：北京、上海、天津、重庆、大连和深圳市局〔公司〕作为整体参评“精益十佳〞标兵单位，报自评报告、精益关键指标完成情况和精益评价工作总结。
分类别参加行业“精益十佳〞标兵单位评选活动。请各省级单位于9月20日前将推荐单位的自评互评报告、精益关键指标完成情况以及省级单位的精益评价工作总结报国家局。
第三步，评选“精益十佳〞标兵单位。根据各省级单位推荐情况、参评单位对标指标完成情况注：由于各工业公司研发中心、营销中心的对标指标体系尚未建立，其对标指标完成情况参照精益关键指标完成情况判定。
综合评定，评选出行业“精益十佳〞标兵单位。
