讨了企业2 如2何构建知识创新、技术创新和管理创新之间的动态、双向的匹配、协同与互动的创新模式;提出科技
创新在于学科交2 叉和汇聚,在于科学家的无私奉献;创新的驱动力主要来自国家需求推动和市场牵引。

Abstract Innovation is t he essential feat ure and fundamental objective of modern science and tech
nology research. This paper analyzed t he main types and characteristics of t he contemporary technologi
cal innovations , discussed how to build the dynamic , two way matching , coordination and interaction
model among knowledge innovation ,technology innovation and management innovation for enterprises.
This paper also pointed out t hat innovation of science and technology is based on interdisciplinary cross ,
innovative pool and selfless dedication of scientist s. The main driving force of es from t he
requirement p romotion of t he state and market traction.
