千祥镇文化建设规划
of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the end of th不断壮大、农村文化活动丰富多彩、群众参与文化体活动蔚然成风、农村文化呈现健康向上、蓬勃开展的良好局面。到2022年，将进一步强化综合文化站的积极作用，做大做强区域文化活动中心，进一步加强文化达标村和省市文化示范村建设力度，使村级文化阵地建设形成规模。区域文化品牌各具特色，形成“一镇多品，一村一品〞的特色文化格局。全镇实现农村文化阵地覆盖面大、文化队伍普及率高、公共文化效劳能力强、文化资源保护利用率好的文化强镇。

　　主要任务：
　　一、大力加强农村文化阵地建设。首先将镇综合文化站建设列为党委、政府的重要议事日程，整合综合文化站所在地的公共文化资源，实现共建共享，提高效劳水平，充分发挥综合文化站在农村文化建设中的综合辐射作用；按地域建成溪南〔以千二、千南、千一为中心〕、溪北〔以甘棠、上东陈为中心〕、三联〔以三联隔塘为中心〕、民主〔以岭脚、林甘的民间传统文化和大路漂流文化为重点〕四个区域文化活动中心，区域文化活动中心要具备较强示范的辐射作用，在全镇形成30分钟文化活动圈。2022年前，文化达标村的建设要到达8个，到2022年文化达标村创立数到达18个以上，未创立的村也要根本符合文化达标村的根本要求，公共文化效劳条件和效劳能力再上一个新台阶。
　　二、大力加强农村文化活动队伍建设。镇文化站要加强文化队伍建设。文化站与有关村联合组建或以其它方式组建较有特色且有一定水准的5支以上的文化活动队伍，利用区域文化资源和传统优秀民族民间艺术，打造特色文化品牌。加大力度，积极支持溪南、溪北、三联、民主四个区域文化活动中心的创立活动。四大区域文化活动中心，以各自区域的特点和民俗风情，努力创立特色文化队伍。鼓励区域和村庄成立文艺宣传队。到2022年，每个行政村都将建有经常活动的文化队伍3支以上，区域文化活动中心所在村建有5支以上的文化活动队伍，全镇具有各类文化活动队伍100支以上。
