案例二：
某房地产建设项目贷款评估，工程复杂程度一般，总投资80000万元，贷款30000万元。计算应收费额的方法如下：
分档计算：
1．500万元＝14000元
2．（1000万元－500万元）×2‰＝10000元
3．（3000万元－1000万元）׉＝26000元
4．（5000万元－3000万元）׉＝14300元
5．（10000万元－5000万元）׉＝35700元
6．（30000万元－10000万元）׉＝26000元
7．（50000万元－30000万元）׉=24000元
8．（80000万元－50000万元）׉=30000元
以上各档计算额相加为180000元。

各区县物价局，市有关工程咨询机构：
现将国家计委《关于印发建设项目前期工作咨询收费暂行规定的通知》（计价格【1999】1283号，以下简称《通知》）转发给你们，并根据我市情况补充规定如下，请一并执行。
一、市各有关工程咨询机构要严格执行国家计委规定的收费标准。
二、建设项目投资额在3000万元以下的和除编制、评估项目建议书或者可行性研究报告以外的其他建设项目前期工作咨询服务的收费标准，另文下达。
三、各区县物价局要按照《通知》要求，对建设项目前期工作咨询收费进行物价检查，对违反规定者从严查处。
