A New Hilbert-Type Integral Inequality with a Parameter YANG Bi-cheng (Department of Mathematics, Guangdong Institute of Education, Guangzhou 510303, China)
Abstract: By introducing the Beta function and estimating the weight function, a new Hilbert -type integral inequality with a parameter and a best constant factor is built.
