摘要
鉴于成都市轨道交通建设与开展现状,分析了成都市开展轨道交通的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,阐述了成都市轨道交通的开展规划,并探讨了成都市轨道交通开展的战略意义
成都轨道交通是在城市化的根底上衍生而来的，城市人口的增加，土地，人口与开展之间矛盾不断激化,从而促使快速，平安的轨道交通开展。

一：轨道交通的定义
城市中使用车辆在固定导轨上运行并主要用于城市客运的交通系统称为城市轨道交通。在中国国家标准?城市公共交通常用名词术语?中，将城市轨道交通定义为“通常以电能为动力，采取轮轨运输方式的快速大运量公共交通的总称〞。 　　
城市轨道交通是指具有固定线路，铺设固定轨道，配备运输车辆及效劳设施等的公共交通设施。“城市轨道交通〞是一个包含范围较大的概念，在国际上没有统一的定义。一般而言，广义的城市轨道交通是指以轨道运输方式为主要技术特征，是城市公共客运交通系统中具有中等以上运量的轨道交通系统〔有别于道路交通〕，主要为城市内〔有别于城际铁路，但可涵盖郊区及城市圈范围〕公共客运效劳，是一种在城市公共客运交通中起骨干作用的现代化立体交通系统。
