ARTICLE 4: FORCE MAJEURE
the event performance of Seller’s obligations under this contract is delayed, with reference to Article 2, on amount of acts of governments, war, blockades, civil commotion, strike, plagues or any epidemics, fire, flood, typhoons or similar extreme abnormal weather conditions, or any unforeseen, un controllable events,
than the Seller’s performance of its obligations shall be extended for an identical period but in any event, not more than 30 days.
/ Within 3 ( three ) days from the date of commencement of delay on account of which Seller claims to be Force Majeure condition for which a delay is required, Seller shall notify Buyer in writing stating the cause and stating estimated period of delay.
