人群对流感普遍易感，其发病迅速，传染率高，防控仍是世界性难题[1]。流感病毒属于RNA病毒，易发生抗原漂移和变异，使疫苗保护作用效果受到一定限制[2]。部分流感患儿可加重发展成重症及危重症病例，导致急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒性休克、急性坏死性脑病等并发症死亡[3]。中医药对流感这类瘟病的认识源远流长，小儿豉翘清热颗粒具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用，在治疗流感中有独特的疗效。本研究探讨在儿童流感治疗中，应用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦，观察两者临床疗效
及对炎症因子的影响，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料 2019年1月至12月，综合两家医院治疗儿童流感270例，年龄6月~14（±）岁，病史均在2d内伴发热，采集咽试子免疫荧光法检测流感抗原阳性。按照随机数表法，分治疗组和对照组Ⅰ、Ⅱ各90例，治疗组中男48例、女42例，年龄（±）岁；对照组Ⅰ男44例、女46例，年龄（±）岁；对照组Ⅱ中男43
