circulation and feedback, the management system of the instrument sharing platform was optimized
continually. The instrument sharing service platform based on this model has been operated for
more than one year, showing that the "4S" management mechanism based on the management mode
of "One Driver & Three Circles" is applies to the operation of the instrument sharing service platform
and is expected to play a more significant role in team management, platform operation and
research, and teaching.
