    新华网武汉２月７日电（记者***翔）记者日前从湖北省统计局了解到，湖北农业去年呈现稳健发展的态势。全省农林牧渔业增加值达到１１４０．４１亿元，比上年增加５８．２８亿元，按可比价计算比上年增长５．１％，但也存在五大方面问题值得关注。
    （一）部分农资价格居高不下对农民增收产生压力
    ２００６年湖北省农业生产资料价格在上年上涨１５．１％的基础上又上涨１．４％，其中化肥均价与上年基本持平，农用机油上涨１７．２％、农膜上涨５．８％，农药上涨２．１％，农用种子上涨４．５％，特别是油价大幅上涨导致农业生产排灌费和机耕机收费用大幅提高，在一定程度上抵消了国家惠农政策给农民带来的实惠。
    （二）农村住户对农业的投入不足，影响农业发展后劲
    据抽样调查结果推算，湖北省全年农户固定资产投资完成额为１４２．１３亿元，比上年增长１７．５％，而对农业的投资仅为２５．７５亿元，只比上年增长４．７％，农业固定资产投资占农户固定资产投资的比重
