市政工程项目管理的创新模式
摘要:随着市政工程建设项目规模的不断扩大,各方面要求的不断提高,传统的封闭式工程建设管理方式由于受管理体制等各方面条件的限制,已很难适应当前市政工程建设项目管理的需要。因此探索一条适合新形势下市政工程项目管理的创新模式显得尤为重要。本文首先分析了市政工程项目的特点,然后归纳了项目管理中存在的问题,然后从五大方面详细探讨了市政工程项目管理创新模式的要点。

Abstract: along with the continuous expansion of municipal engineering construction projects, and various aspects requirements unceasing enhancement, the traditional closed due to the management system of project construction management way and so on various aspects condition limit, has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the current municipal engineering construction project management. So to explore a suitable for municipal engineering project management under the new situation of innovation model is particularly important. This article first analyses the characteristics of municipal engineering project, and then sums up the problems existing in the project management, and then from the five aspects discusses the main points of the municipal engineering project management innovation model.

市政工程项目的特点
(一)项目复杂
市政工程项目复杂程度高,市政工程造价高,参与人数多,利益相关者多,对环境的依赖和影响比较大,相对时间长。
(二)项目进行过程中不确定因素多
市政工程项目复杂受外部环境影响大,如天气、原材料价格、周边社会关系等较容易影响项目进程,项目内部各利益相关者,如业主、监理、总承包商、分包商、材料供应商、政府监管机构变数较大,加上项目自身建设中的问题其不确定程度高。
