摘要:因其许多方面的特性导电高分子材料在许多领域都有重要应用,聚苯乙烯使用量很大的通用塑料。本论文以聚苯乙烯为基体,膨胀石墨为填料,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,通过熔融共混法制备复合材料。并研究了复合材料的导电性能、力学性能和熔体流变性能与膨胀石墨含量的关系。主要结论如下:
随着膨胀石墨含量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率逐渐减小,渗流阈为5%,×105 (Ω·cm),膨胀石墨的含量为13%。当膨胀石墨含量在5%-10%之间时,复合材料的导电性迅速变化。而复合材料的拉伸强度则随之先减小后增大,当膨胀石墨含量为5%时,拉伸强度最小, MPa。冲击强度小增大后减小,当膨胀石墨含量为5%时,冲击强度最大。 KJ/m2。
复合材料熔体均为假塑性流体,随着膨胀石墨含量的增大,复合材料熔体的粘度升高,流动性变差,当膨胀石墨含量最大时,熔体粘度也达到最大。

Studies on preparation and properties of expanded graphite / posites
Abstract: Owing to its unique properties of many aspects, conductive polymer have been used in lots of fields. In this paper, the expanded graphite/posites using dioctyl phthalate (DOP) as plasticizer were prepared via melt blending. And the relationships between conductive, mechanical posits and rheology properties of posites fluid and the content of expanded graphite were shudied. Several conclusion are drown as follows:
It was found that, volume resistivity decreases with the increase of the content of expanded graphites posites. The percolation threshold of posites was 5%, and the lowest electrical resistivity is ×105 (Ω·cm) when the content of expanded graphites reaches 13%. On the anther hand, the tensile strength increases at the beginning and decreases when the content continues going up while the impact strength is just the reverse, both of which reach its extreme value when the content of expanded graphites is 5%. The behavior of all of the fluid conforms to pseudoplastic fluid. And the liquidity decreases as well as the viscosity increases with the increase of the content of the expanded graphites. And the viscosity of the fluid reaches its top at the same time of the content.
