2、继续医学教育计划落实情况
按照年初医院继续医学教育计划的安排，我们首先分批将新增竞聘人员送到包头市

医院进行了每人为期三个月的轮训，然后将两名年轻的职工送到包头市医院进行为期一年的全科医师培训，同时我们也积极参加区、市主办的各种讲座、学术报告、培训会等活动10余次。当然医院职工的学历教育也不容忽视，我们多次通过职工会、板报等方式宣传学历教育的重要性，年内已有2名职工通过***高考，很快就会取得相应专科学历。在医院内部，我们继续坚持每周一次的院内业务学****和讲座。每次学****都进行记录和签到制度，每半年进行一次考核。
3、继续医学教育所取得的成果
通过为期一年的继续医学教育，学****的职工将上级医院新的技术、新的服务理念带了回来，很快在全院得到了推广，使我院的整体业务水平有了明显的提高，服务态度有了明显的改善。
三、存在问题
我院的继续医学教育工作尽管取得了一定的成绩，但还存在很多的不足和急需完善、改进的地方。
1、有些工作仅停留在表面，落实不到位。
2、继续医学教育面较窄，由于某些科室人员较少所以外出学****无法落实，只能通过自学。
3、继续医学教育的方法较单一，只是通过了自学，派出进修等方法，没有充分发挥网络教育的
