　　(一)开展上门帮扶，主动为企业服务。为了更好地扶持个体私营经济发展，该局实施了工商联络员制度，变“企业跑工商”为“工商跑企业”、变被动应付为主动服务。局企业和个体私营经济监管股女股长××率先垂范，带领股室的两位女职工到县邮政局和××电力集团等企业上门进行年检，仅一天时间就完成了__户企业的年检任务。
　　(二)实施注册登记绿色通道，为群众企业提供便捷服务。
注册登记大厅现有干部_名，其中女干部_名，占总人数的__%。为了树立良好的服务形象，注册窗口全体工作人员实施规范着装、挂牌上岗、微笑服务、文明用语的同时，结合我县是苗族聚居县的实际情况，实行了具有地方特色的“双语(普通话及苗语)”服务的制度。工作中还要求工作人员做到一张笑脸相迎、一杯茶水解渴、一声问候暖心、一张椅子让座，让每一位经营者都能满意而归。在服务中向社会公开办事承诺，公布举报电话，自觉接受社会的监督，不断提高服务效能。在非工作日和休息时间，还试行
