第15届哈尔滨冰雪大世界以“冰雪动漫世博会”为主题，预计12月30日试开园，八大景区呈放射状分布。按照白天和晚上、观光和演艺、参与和比赛、园内和园外相结合的原则，组织安排了冰雪嘉年华、文艺演出、冰雪互动项目、中国青少年网络春晚、国际组合冰冰雕大赛、百万青少年上冰雪、环卫工人免费游大世界等五大类几十项活动。大型实景演出《林海雪原》采用后现代思维方式，通过灯光、音效、影像、布景、舞蹈等手段，演绎《林海雪原》传统经典。继续完善配套措施，增加了网络售票和二维码识别讲解系统，为游客提供姜汤、防滑鞋套、流动客服咨询、暖房子、迎宾厅、灯箱式指引、巨型导游图服务
