Corpse driving:
It’s a legend that can drive the corpse walk spell(法术),belongs to the miao method of a kind of art and is one of the three chu wu(楚巫) culture.

Why is this happening
As we are know, the Chinese miss their hometown very much. So they want to return back to their birthplace. but many years ago, the are many mountains in human, the road are rugged(崎岖的). What’s more, the people died there were always too poor to afford the transportation expenses and it’s also difficult to transport the corpse. Because of this, someone has invented this method to transport the corpses.
Cast corpse potter(赶尸匠)
Cast corpse potter is xiang’xi folk a special mystical profession. They are employed by the journeys of relatives, the corpse dehydration(脱水) and make the bodies salted long time not decay and by the miao tailor-made herbs, they also have special sorcery(巫术) to order the corpse standing up and walking, they are called lao’si(老司).
