南京工业大学本科毕业设计( 论文) II 摘要自动穿串机是近些年来出现的一种新兴的食品加工工业的产物。我们这次设计的是一种新型的市场功能型的自动穿串机。传统的手工穿串存在生产效率低、劳动强度大、容易发生危险且不卫生等缺点。这款新型的自动穿串机能实现自动穿插多种菜品,减少了人工劳动负担,大大提高劳动效率。自动穿串机的设计主要对它的机械系统三维模型的构建以及工作原理和关键机构的设计。首先完成自动穿串机的总体方案设计,明确气压传动原理。关键机构的设计包括上模盒体、下模盒体、排签机构和压签机构的设计。采用单片机控制作为控制方式, 实现各运动构件依次完成动作顺序。本文对主要运动构件包括 V带传动、平带传动、齿轮齿条传动和气压传动进行了详细的设计计算,完成对电机和减速器的选择,对气压缸活塞杆进行校核,对气压系统完成气源装置和驱动电机的选择。对轴和轴承的强度、刚度进行校核计算。本设计具有结构简单、价格低廉、体积小等优点,提高工作效率,减低劳力负担, 减少保鲜时所用的能源效率,能满足大部分餐厅的工作需求。关键词: 自动穿插;排签机构;压签机构自动穿串机设计 III Abstract Automatic wear string machine isa new product of food processing industry .Our design isa new kind of functional wear string machine automatically to market .The traditional manual wear string has the disadvantages of low production efficiency, labor intensity, easy to encounter danger and unsanitary and soon .The new automatic wear string machine can wear a variety of dishes automatically , reduced the burden of manual labor, improve labor efficiency greatly. This design includes the construction ofa3d model of mechanical structure, design principle, the design of the key institutions. First of all, we need plete the overall program design of automatic wear string machine and clear the principle of pneumatic. The key mechanisms of the design include the upper box,the lower box,the row stick mechanism and the press stick mechanism . single-chip puter control is the control mode, to control the motion artifacts plete the action sequence in turn .In this paper, the main motion artifacts including V belt, flat belt drive, gear and rack drive and pneumatic transmission have the detailed design calculations ,check the pneumatic cylinder piston rod,select air supply device and drive motor of the pneumatic the strength and stiffness of axle and bearing. The design has the advantages of simple structure, low price , small volume, improve the work efficiency, reduce the labor burden, reduce the energy efficiency when fresh .It can meet the job requirements of most restaurant s.
