苹果清汁浓缩汁厂的设计
摘要:本设计主要是进行年生产50000t浓缩苹果清汁工厂设计。
设计中对浓缩苹果清汁行业的发展现状、厂址的选择、工厂的总平面设计做了基本介绍,并对产品生产的工艺流程进行选择,确定采用压榨法生产苹果清汁浓缩汁,双效真空设备进行浓缩,并详细设计其工艺流程,在班产量确定的基础上对主要设备中的真空浓缩设备和高温灭菌设备做了详细的说明和工艺计算,并据此进行了设备的选型,明确了高温灭菌设备型号为RP6L-40,并确定了其他辅助设备的型号,同时还对污水处理系统进行了详细的分析。

Abstract : This paper was carried out about Annual output of 50000t concentrated apple juice .
The basic introduction of development status, site selection, and plant general layout design of the apple juice industry were talked about in this , production process had been choosen, which adopted the press law to produce apple juice. Double-effect vacuum equipment was choosed to concentrate the apple juice, and the equipments of the ouble-effect vacuum equipment and high-temperature sterilization equipment design were calculated to obtain the main characteristic of the equipments on the base of knowing the output of per the result of the processing model of the high-temperature sterilization equipment was choosed as RP6L-40 and the model of the double-effect vacuum equipment was SHJ3600. What’ more, the appendix equipments were also choosed and Sewage treatment system was carried out in a detailed design.
