【摘要】目的:探讨应用阿霉素静脉注射的方法制备扩张型心肌病及心力衰竭模型的可行性。方法:阿霉素(每周 2 mg/kg,共 8 周,总量 16 mg/kg)耳缘静脉注射,观察阿霉素组与对照组(生理盐水 2 mL/kg,共 8 周,总量 16 mL/kg)造模前后超声心动图的变化及组织病理学形态变化。结果:与对照组相比,阿霉素组的左室射血分数(LVEF)及左室短轴缩短率(FS)显著低于对照组(P < ),且阿霉素组造模后 LVEF 及 FS 也明显低于造模前(P < ),而对照组造模前后 LVEF 及 FS 无明显差异(P > ),组织病理显示模型组心肌细胞不均匀肥大,细胞浓染,局部心肌胞浆空泡形成。结论:阿霉素诱导可制备兔扩张型心肌病及心力衰竭模型,可作为进一步研究其扩心病发病机制,寻求有效的治疗方法,提供良好的动物模型实验基础。

〔Abstract〕 Objective To approach the feasibility of preparing dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure models of animals ycin. Methods To inject adriamycin (2 mg/kg, 8 g/kg) and normal Saline (2 mL/kg, 8 L/kg in sum) respectively into study group and control group through auri-edge vEins and observe the changes of echocardiograph and histopathology. Results paring inistration, the ejection fraction (LVEF) and shortening fraction (FS) of left ventricle of study group is significantly loa of part cardiocytes can be observed in the histopathological slices of the study model. Conclusion Adriamycin can be used to prepare the dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure models of rabbits. This kind of model can be used in research of pathogenesy and active therapy of dilated cardiomyopathy effectively.
