The experimental results show that typical microstructure of the alloy in α/β solution and aging is basket-like microstructure (the strip of α phase and β changes structure). After the thermal mechanical processing, prehensive mechanical properties of the alloy are excellent. The tensile strength of alloy is 1 185 MPa, and the yield strength is 1 100 MPa with a good plasticity. Key words: titanium alloy; heat treatment; microstructure; m
