摘要
在家电市场上将容积小于120L的冷柜称为迷你型冰柜。本课题目的是对迷你型冷柜中容积为100L的速冻冷柜的专用件进行结构设计,并且通过运用TRIZ发明创新解决理论对冷柜现存结构问题进行求解寻求最优解决方案,最后通过制作样机及对样机进行相关测试试验的方式对冷柜项目进行结构可靠性验证。
本课题的专用件结构设计主要包括两方面的内容:冷柜门体专用零件结构设计及冷柜箱体专用零件结构设计。针对冷柜项目现存的结构问题,如本课题中的灯罩装配工序繁杂等问题,通过使用先进的TRIZ发明创新理论进行分析、求解,选择最优解,最后使冷柜结构问题得到有效的解决。
设计完成之后需要试制样机,目的是验证结构的可靠性已经装配的合理性。完成样机试制需要对样机进行一系列的测试,其中包括冷热交变试验、门开闭试验、冷冻能力试验、储藏温度试验等。通过这个过程发现本课题研究的冷柜在实际生产制造时存在的问题,及时解决问题,达到相关的标准要求后进行批量生产,提供给客户。

Abstract
In the household appliance market, freezers whose capacity is of less than 120L are called mini- refsrigerator. The aim of this study is to design the structure of a freezer ‘parts whose volume is 100L, Solving the structure problems that exist in the freezers according to TRIZ innovation and solution theory and finding the optimal solution. Finally, it is necessary to built prototypes to make sure that the structure of a freezer is reliable.
Special structure design of this subject mainly includes two parts: the design of a freezer door and the design of a freezer body. Some structure problems that exist in this freezer study,such as the lampshade in the freezer door is hard to assemble have been solved according to the advanced TRIZ innovation theory.
To verify the reliability and rationality of the freezer structure,it is necessary to built some prototypes after pletion of the structure a series of tests , including hot and cold alternating test, door opening and closing test,ability test, freezing storage temperature test,was needed on the prototypes. Through this process,we can find the problems that exist potentially In the production process and solve these problems in will try to meet the relevant standards and requirements for mass production providing to our customers.
